Anyone else having problems with buffs sticking?

At least 1 out of6 buffs aren't sticking. I don't know if these are bug related, or patron ID-10-T issues. I've read that certain weapons may interfere with the buffs. I've read that the buff may not stick if the patron is meditating/boosting during the buff.I've even read that the buff won't work if they're watching/listening to another ent when you start the buff.

Every buff I give, I ask that the patron disarm, stop watching or listening to all other entertainers, start listening to me fresh, and I run my timed macro when I see them clapping. And still a quarter of them come back saying that the buff didn't stick.

My GF is a Mdancer, and having the same problems, so I know it's not just me.

Any help here would be hot.

But really now, It was sort of buggy before but after patch 9 it got a lot worse for me. I have had people get the full 2 hour buff only to come back 10-45 minutes later saying the time changed and then ran out. And I can't tell you how many times I have had to "buff" someone twice. I mean I don't really buff all that much compared with how much I'm on. My guessing was 40% of them don't work right ... I'll have to watch a bit closer from now on. But I mean I can't /bug it. But every time it goes wrong I ask them to report it I doubt any of them have though.
