I really want to hear this one song that sounds SO awesome on this one horn but I hardly find people playing it (its a C-something Horn and I think when it pays "jazz" its the best, but I'm not sure if thats the right song)
What files contain the musician flourish sounds if any? Otherwise I need someone on bloodfin to come play that song for me lol

I'm guessing you mean "Virtuoso" played on Chidinkalu Horn (or the other instruments that sound the same). Virtuoso can only be played by a Master Musician, and the Chid sounds like a sax on that particular track.
There is a Musician song called "Jazz", but that is the 2nd Cantina song from A New Hope, and doesn't have a particularly cool sound in my opinion.
There is not, so far as I know, a way to play songs outside of the game.

If you make a character on Ahazi send me a tell and I will try and help you find the song you mean. As mentioned before it might be Virtuoso, but I think there are several other songs that are good as well. (And I happen to like jazz but with the trazz. Add the Chindiklu horn as a duet and some bandfill and it is great)

I have all of these flos on each instrument at home (on hols right now in Norway) but it comes to about 450Mb and I don't ahve the webspace to host that much.
From your description you may be talking about traz with jazz or chid with virt. Might be quicker to get someone to play them for you in game than wait for me to get home and mail samples

If you have a sound editor capable of opening raw PCM files (like Sound Forge, or CoolEdit, or some other such program), open data_sample_00.tre as a 22kHz, mono, 16-bit linear, signed, little endian RAW PCM file. All of the instrument samples are there and separated by short 44 byte markers (which, if you playback the file as is, will sound like a very short pop sound).
It'd be neat if someone put together a program to use these to build songs for in-game macros.
Incidentally, data_music_00.tre contains all of the background music in the game. These, however, are individual MP3 files crammed together with the same type of markers. If you have any amount of programming skills, extracting these MP3 files is very easy.
