Thread: Cant heal BF in theatre??

Why do you need Master Musician or Dancer to place Theatre if you cant heal Battle Fatigue while playing in one??
Why own one for that matter???

Well the problem is this.The main "theater" part of the building, the seats and stage area, are "outdoors." And you cannot heal battle fatigue outdoors, period. You cannot heal mind wounds or give buffs outdoors, except in a camp. (This is also why you cannot drop omni boxes or nalargons, or any type of decorations except mayor-placed outdoor items like streetlights.)
You can do all of these things in the interior, backstage area of the theater. But who wants to perform back there?
Why own one? Well...it's a neat looking building. And you can certainly give performances on the stage area, there just won't be any healing or buffing involved. I'm sure roleplayers can make a lot of use of the structure.
The fact that it doesn't function like a cantina do to it's "outdoor" nature is justa poor design. And since SOE has poorly designed plenty of things in this game, that shouldn't surprise you!
