I know musicians can heal battle fatigue and mind wounds in cantinas. They can heal mind wounds but not battle fatigue in camps. They cannot heal anything outside of a cantina or camp.

Now, under any circumstances, can they heal Health or Action wounds? Because I distinctly remember being in a tavern in Mos Taike with just one lone Novice Musician in there with me who was playing his instrument and I discovered my Health and Action wounds were being healed.

You can heal battle fatigue and mind wounds in any player-built structure. Medics can also heal other wounds in any player-built structure. This duality also exists in certain types of cantinas (the small, dual-medical/cantina types).

I'm certain you, as an entertainer, cannot heal health or action wounds. But if you and your friend happened to be in one of those dual medical/cantina structures, all of his wounds would heal via the slow healing script just by sitting in there (I've heard on the order of 10 wounds per 3 minutes--not sure though).

Definitely can not heal health or action, the doctors would be throwing a fit if that were the case.

As mentioned above, there are certain places I think you can heal all types of wounds though.
