Does anyone know if there is a command for tipping the whole band so that the tip gets divided evenly?

I noticed that whenI was in a pick up band tonight the dancer was getting all of the tips while the two slitherhorn players were on stage playing. It would be nice to share all the tips. (I know we can split them afterwards but that is a pain to keep track of.)Perhaps either a /bandtip command or a way to set the group up to have all tips split like when you loot money from NPCs.

I agree, we've talked about it several times in game. and it's a pain for players to split the tip manually, only the nice ones do.

This would be a good option for the band leader to turn on or off. Mandatory tip splitting would be like working at ponderosa or something, not satisfactory imo unless everyone in the band agrees.

I think thecustomer should have the following options...

/tip person 100

/tip band 500

That way if they WANT to only tip one person they can, if they want to tip everyone they can

There is only one way this would work...and that is if the entertainer had the option of turning off group tipping. I don't want to share my tips with afk macroing players.

I tried using the /groupsplit command today and it seemed to work. Not positive, though. I agree with not sharing with the afk macro players. I usually kick them from the group if they start doing that.

how do you kick a group member?

only the leader can do it. Target them and type /kick or right click their name in the group and select kick.
