You can heal Battle Fatigue and Mind, Focus and Willpower wounds anywhere within a PA Hall, and Health and Action wounds can be healedin the same room where you are healing Mind Wounds and Battle Fatigue, which is an advantage over a Cantina/Hotel/Medical Center. I tested this yesterday.

But just a small correction. at a medical center like anchorhead, you can both heal medical wounds and mindwounds BF at the same time as well

This applies to any player-made building. You can heal in houses too!
