So what is the Musican Mind Enhancment skill for?

I have a question about the musician class. First I am going up the musician tree mostly so I can heal my friends I group with wounds. I saw that under the Musicain tree there is somthing called Musican Mind Enhancment. I take this to be that anyone listening too you would get a big boost to their mind regen. My question is, first if this is true that it boosts your mind regen, and second, if you can benifit from the mind regen anywhere, including in combat. I think you can see where I am going with this. It could be useful to my doctor friend that while in combat if he is trying to heal the tank and starts running out of mind, I would be able to whip out my instrument in order for him to heal more. Thanks.

We heal mind wounds with one of our skills and battle fatigue with the other healing skill... neither of them affect regen rates.

So what is the Musican Mind Enhancment skill for?

Mind enhancement is gained in techniques, so I'm assuming it is what gives you the advanced versions of dazzle, firejet, etc...
