upon gaining the master musician skill, are we able to play all instruments and songs, or do we NEED to have master entertainer as well?? (for mandovial and ceremonial song)

You don't need master entertainer to be master musician... But if youcan't play themandovioland the song Ceremonial.No biggie for me. I'm not missing them.

As things stand, you need to be a Master Entertainer and a Master Musician both to play ALL instruments. Many of us are trying to get this changed, several musicians and/or entertainers are strongly opposed to changing it.

As a musician I am opposed to changing the current system. The professions are not very long (as far as skills go...four of each branch, leveling two at a time). There needs to be something great for the master musician to strive for, and a mandoviol and ceremonial combined is that great something. So after you've hit master, you aren't finished yet...there is still more to learn. And it becomes different, because you finally get to put down the instrument and do some dancing, or hair styling. Putting Mandoviol and Ceremonial on master musician will cheapen them. As it is, only a Master Entertainer/Master Musician can play Virtuoso on a mandoviol, or Ceremonial on a Nalagron, and there should always be something like that that only a master of both fields can do.

I believe ceremonial should be moved...it's a really nice song I want everyone to play

but mando should stay were it is those who give the extra mile(like me) should get it

Get Master Entertainer. 4 boxes of ID took only 4 hours. 4 boxes of dance took 2 days. Tada! All songs and instruments!

if you don't miss the mandoviol you should hear it with virtuoso (nice duo on this with ommni )

What I would like to see is simple

To get the song and instrument keep all the same.

Once you've hit it, you should be able to sell back the skills (ID, dancing. master ent) and still be able to keep the song and instrument. You earn it, then retain it due to your master musician status. If you are not a master musician, then you don't retain it.

However I doubt this will ever happen

If a master musician can not play the mandoviol, how are they a master? Master musicians should be able to play all instruments. Hence "master". Master entertainers should have the ability to throw a full on concert or rave or something more befitting an entertainer.
