Passive Advancement > Active Advancement

My biggest issue is the rather wide dichotomy between gaining Heal/Fatigue XP in the advanced line versus the General Music XP. The former can be maxxed pretty much without ever paying attention to it. It takes really no more work than just starting music and walking away from an hour/day/week. Yet this represents 50% of the line needed.

I think we need more reason to actively pursue our training in the advanced line. That's why I proposed splitting the instruments between Horn/Wind and String/Percussion into two lines, along with the songs. I did that in this thread:

Anyway, I consider this my personal top issue. Only half of what our profession can do is achieved through actively gaining it. It contributes to the "sameness" between musicians, and the "sameness" in our sound. Those trully interested will eventually hit Master Musician anyway. But splitting the skill lines will contribute to a wider array of uniqueness along the way.

Group Tips.

In another example of having too much time on my hands , I posted my other issue of Grouptips, and the lack in any functioning current system:

In Brief: A short quick-fix would be introducing three commands:

1) /TipInclude. This is a command used to flag a player to be included in the Tip distribution.

2) /TipExclude. Same thing in reverse.

3) /TipList. A list of all group members with asterisks (*) next to their name to denote them as receiving a split of the tip.

Thanks!
