There is no badge for doing the quests at this time, but I'd suggest doing the "quest" anyway just to get you out of the cantina for a little break from time to time.
Since you have no need for the "quest" you can take all the time in the galaxy to complete!

Or you could do what I do, and not join the AFK group. It's usually just me and my droid, so I can play whatever I want to. It's really fun to play with other ATK higher-level musicians. Tonight myself and another master musician had our droids going and were doing a 4-piece Western jam. Alot of fun!
Oh, and no badge from completing the quest.

If there was a badge, I'd want mine to be in the shape of a little dog bone.

What spacecrazy said, do your own group. I did that when I mastered and it slowly grew into a small close group of masters who enjoy just entertaining and chatting. Now there are 4 to 8 of us and the combat players are getting to know us and come to us.
We set up in one of the alcoves to the side in Theed and have a blast. You will also find that the ladies in the big group who are ATK will discover that you play new sounds and listen as well. This can greatly add to the fun factor as your audience of people to talk with grows.

I nominate the following as possible Badges:
...has successfully begged 60 people to click on them
...has proven themselves adept at listening to NPCs
Seriously, what did we to to earn a badge? I'd be almost embarassed to have one based off these missions. My song is my badge.
PS /agree on forming master/near master level bands in cantinas at every opportunity. The sound of 11 people playing instruments and doing their own thing is not music, and once you wean yourself off the Big Band in the cantina, you'll probably enjoy your career a lot more.

But hopping on a swoop and flying over a designated spot near the escape pod on tat warrants "earning" a badge? lol
Though I agree in part, while receiving a badge would be ok by me, the song is the badge.

Location Badges meant more back when you didn't have them (almost) all listed in your datapad, but that's another discussion.
This would be a Content Badge, like the Warren, or a Theme Park, and as simplistic as some of those can be, this is sadly even moreso, I guess that was my point.
New Nominee:
...sat around for XX hours waiting for the Theater Manager to let me perform
nahhhh that one might actually bring a sense of pride, lower the number the better. forget I mentioned it. ![]()

I didn't beg people to click on me. (Technically, I did ask one person to listen to me, but it was only because I had mistakenly thought I'd gotten my 30th person, and had already brought a friend to the theater.. I didn't want to keep my friend waiting while I played until someone randomly listened.. so it wasn't for my purposes but for my friend.)
So mock if you like, but if you're begging, that's because you chose to

I mock because I didn't publicly beg. I just playedmy usual waiting for the bus jam. The only times I told people other than my Entertainer friends what I was doing, was if they asked.

...holds daily record for most number of failures on the entertainer quest.
What do you want a badge for, it's not like any of us are like a credit to our profession or anything?

Although I agree this does not need to have a badge I would ike to see some quests for non combat profs with badges, combats have corvet and DWB etc some entertaner missions that give badges would be a nice touch. I also like the new quests I think it's a goo dsign and I hope there is more to come.
