Actually you can squeeze in a few more than 5 every 10 seconds. My method uses 5 every 8 seconds and I buff in 3:10. Search for the "Patent Pending Fragpuppie Uber 3:10 Quickbuff" as a title. All my data is there. I was even able to do some 5 flourish bursts repeating on a 7 second cycle, but it was unreliable and would miss every 2nd or 3rd burst. What that means is that number of accepted flos per any amount of time will depend on lag in the cantina. Really bad lag may be 5 every 9...no lag may get 5 every 7.
