Why try to make "entertainment district" a necessity. The doc's get thair bonus be cause of the PC hospital right, so should we entertainers not our bonus just for the PC cantinas then?
As for the bonus to "entertainment district" none of them sounds extraordinary good. Reduction is critical failures, and fewer bad experimentation roles for the two crafting districts. That do not compare to +10% to buffs, witch would be more like an extra experimentation point.

A) no docs use medical droids that boost their buffs better than a pc hospital. My doc has not buffed anyone in our city's hospital for like 7 months. if you get stats buffed by a doc in a player city, he will be using his droid, whether he is in the hospital or not. if you compare a doc buffing, with his droid, in a "resource" spec. city, and a "medical" spec. city...........the doc buffs are roughly 10% higher in the player city with "medical" city specs. (i have a master dancer/master doc)
B) getting mind buffs is very helpful to fighting, just ask around. people might try to say "i'll use food instead of ent. buffs"........my answer to that is "OK, (duh) so will i, stacked onto a +120% dancer buff and a +122% music buff, which lasts for over 2 hours"
No, to do this would help entertainers to have a place where they would be in demand.
Would servers be covered up with "entertainment district" cities? No
Would each server's atk entertainers like to have a place of their own, where they could expect to deliver a +10% mind buff, over and above what they could do in a pc or npc cantina? Yes

I started a message on the politician forum.
Currently, if a city has the "entertainment district" specialty, it only adds 10% to entertainer healing, NOT to your buffs.
Doctors get the buff bonus in a "medical city", but not you guys.
Please go read my post on the forum, and sign it, so we can get some "entertainment district" cities up and running.
