Depends totally on you. If you are a master of either profession, its really not worth a lot, IMHO. If you are going to use it to help you heal wounds faster with a template that doesn't include master of either, well then it could be worth more. I personally would not pay more than 22k for it. Actually I personally would not buy it period, but if you really need it, then the worth of the item is up to you. You just have to find a price you can be happy to live with.
