Ok I have a BE Dancing Mind Enh +5 Leotard that has 3 sockets. If I put a Music mind Enh CA in it will the mods work?

Yes it will. The thing to remember about CEs is that only the highest value for any given stat is used. If you added a +3 MUSIC ME to the Exquisite leotard it will then have +5 DME and +3 MME. As to a BE enhanced one that has +5 DME and +10 Music woundhealing and +10 dance woundhealing, it should be OK. If however a piece has 4 modifiers already, I've seen it drop the lowest value modifier when you try to add a 5th.

The Leotard has +5 Dance Enh +5 BFH (Dancing) +5 wound healing (dancing) on it. ONly 3 mods on it right now, so adding the Music Enh CA will be only the 4th mod.
