Is anyone else haivng the problem with other players stealing omni-boxes and/or nargalons? On Corbantis there is a guild that regularly comes in and makes the instruments of the players dissappear on a regular basis. In the end the instrument is still in my inventory but it makes us stop playing which is particularly annoying while buffing or getting xp. Everyone in the Coronet cantina has been a victim of this and some of the offending thieves even go as far as to send nasty tells to the entertainers. We have all sent harrassment reports through the in game holocron but we havent recieved a response other than we are looking into this. Does anyone know if this issue of making musicians instruments is being looked into as a fix? If not please post here so maybe someone will look into it as an issue.

Well, you can just take it in fun. Best way to handle jerks like that is to embarass them. Next time one of them steals your nalgaron, turn and ask them, Why are you touching my organ?The double entendre is good for some laughs and depending how you play it off, can have them leaving in a huff.

Other then that... don't play the instruments... or don't play them around jerks...

That is good advice Im going to try that. As for playing a diff instrument, I get much better xp with my nargalon. Im just a little disappointed that others can mess with our xp like this. If we were jedi and our xp was getting messed with the devs would fix it. Its just very frustrating.

I dont know about taking it in fun.

Its disappointing that someone would go out of there way to screw another player up, just for fun.

Hopefully we can get this fixed its sad that it targets Masters musicians who can use the higher end instruments.

If our corespondent reads these messages hopefully he can get a fix on it, SOE has told our band members "We will look into it" , or dont do anything and the problem will go away.

My 2 creds.

I am not saying you have to put up with it, but getting pissed at them or trying to handle it like an adult typically won't work. If someone is immature enough to steal it in the first place... they won't respond to requests to stop and will laugh if you get mad. So what I am saying is don't get bad... get even. Turn their joke around on them.People will always go a mile to ruin someone elses day... sometimes all you can do is take it is stride and try to make some fun out of it.

no, they dont. whole skill tress arent working for jedi. just imagine your BF healing ability would affect the buff and the techniques tree is totally useless...then u know how a jedi feels. (im talking about the ranged def in master defender which helps against force power attacks instead of the force defense tree in defender)

EDIT:
you can easily get -1 mil xp into the hole by a known exploit/rude behavior...talking about corpse camping
