Silly question...
Is this a village quest?
If so who gives it and what phase?
If not, where does it start?

On the Skills page there is a personal experience monitor on the left hand side, it lists all amounts of all types of experience that the character has at the moment

Finished the quest earlier on my alt and want to thank everybody for their tips. Me and my guildie finished easily and plan on finishing dance for me and music for her. Until last night, we kept failing but with both of us checking the audience we found exactly what to (and not to) play/dance. Thank you everybody.
