Well for me...
Dancing is fun when I have people to do it with and for (fellow band members to dance/play music with, and an audience to dance for), and boring as hell when I am all alone.
So what do they have to do to stave off the boredom? Find ways to encourage people -- both entertainers and non-entertainers -- to be in the cantina watching the show. If they can figure out how to do that again, and make it like it was in the old days, I certainly would not be bored at all.
