i will give you guys a secret how i make a lot of money. dont ask for tips. dont expect tips. just play the music. i do this all the time and as a master musicina/entertainer i end up making quite a nice living NEVER leaving the cantina (the coronet cantina nonetheless).

oh and also it helps to remind your clientell that you give out mind buffs too. i just tell people how to get them and people do respond.

again when you ask or beg for a tip people are put off and will not tip then. i have a lot of clients that will come in smile then stay and chat with me for HOURS. thats how you get good tips.
