Ok. I'm going to make sure all you'se peeps hear right now some info on afk musicing from el other side. I smoke. Heavily. But not in my house next to my computer. People send angry tells at me if I sit my little fat twillek (or however it's spelled) down while I smoke, so I have a crappy sounding macro I set on too placate them while I stop nicotine fits. Furthermore there are a lot more empty cantinas on Valcyn and people are always happy to see a master musician, and most people don't care one way or another, especially if your avatar isn't cute enough. I had my friends flourish my character for me while I was at work and they were (and continue to be ungrateful bastards) unemployed, making my character quite skitzophranic, since some of them talk about markedly different things than me. I still get tells about the useless mixed drinks(vodka and green tea?)they tell people about.

Now I'm already a master, but I think that unhealing isn't the way to go to make more masters. If you set up like that they just wont answer and leave their afk tag off. I've seen plenty of that. I've noticed the best tips come from interaction with people. Chatting goes a lot farther than a wifebeater and an afk tag.People like Jokes, complements and to hear how impressed your weak little musician is at their awesome abilities. I like it when people whine about tips too. This reminds people they need to tip, while simultaniously makeing them not tip the beggar and rather me. Tips are markedly better when you aren't an annoying entertainer, so I don't mind leaving a macro up to smoke, or figure out who's yelling at my apartment drunkenly today. I've already capped my xp but I think it would be rude to attack the casual gamers like myself just to get at the powergamers (entertainer powergamer? c'mon) who annoy you. I know we all feel cooler and tougher with our tag that we pushed the button 50 bazzilion times to get, but I've noticed the patrons will always stay till their healed no matter if you're novice entertainer or master musician/master dancer, and they generally tip the same. So seeing an afk person in the crowd of entertainers doesn't make me lose my lunch

I have to agree, although clothing doesn't seem to be such a big problem on my server. I made master entertainer and musician within a month of release and neverwent afk or spat out asking for tips. Once I hit master I decided to take a bit of time off and work on some other professions. When I come back all I see is AFK over everyone's head. Practically all thepeople I played with while we were on our way up to master no longer plays much anymore and this new breed of musician is just wrong.

I had a ball with our huge bestine and theebs groups on starsider the first month in a half or so but even that has changed with the clothing issue begging and afkers

Ggone are the days that folks were in the group laughing joking talking with one another having a good time being there

I am sadden by what i saw, i hated the idea of given up my ME and MM on starsider but get this

even with advancing in pistol skills i have yet to be in a group in starsider except for entertainers group since week 3 of LAUNCH

This has got to be the loneliest mmorpg i have ever played it was a ball when folks were on active and talking with each other

i recently started another toon on Chilastra and even in bestine i did not hear once "group forming"

when i did hear it i went they saw me and they said they only want master maksman gunfighter i had nothing to contruibute to the group

That sadden me cause i did not think this game was about levels

i am at a loss what to do now.........no one on my pals list on starsider or briar still in the game
