If Musicians wish to get more tips, some of you may consider interacting with your customers a little more. When I see a Musician or Dancer doing this, my tipping is always increased. I might be an exception to the rule, but that is the way I am and I know of many others who have the same attitude.
It's possible that he had system messages turned off or only displaying in a seperate window. I do that because after a while it gets annoying seeing "You receive 24 musician experience" every tick. With that off, if his text box was scrolling fast enough (which is likely with a full group of entertainers if most of them were ATK) he may have just missed it.
I sometimes miss people tipping me until much later, but at the end of my play session, I usually go back through my system chat box and send a thanks out to each person who tipped me if I missed them at that time.
