Im musician 0/1/1/1 and it's taking me forever. If your not gonna say a good afk macro just tell me a freaking macro so I dont burn up action so fast.

I just used my first holo...telling me to Master Musician.

I am a Pistoleer/Fencer.

I want to get Musician done as quickly as possible, and not have to sit in cantinas to do it. I heard of a crafting macro that gave much more xp, but I can't figure out exactly how it is possible...

I don't want to be a Musician forever people, this is just a silly requirement for the fs slot. I'm a choked about having to do it as you people are choked that I am asking for a macro...I'm not trying to step on anyones toes...

Just give me a macro please.

DrummDude1, does your Musician have Novice Medic? Flourish your butt off as usual, see how many flourish pairs it takes to drain you. Put in that many pairs into a macro, then /st (to stand, which stops you playing immediately, as versus slowly as with /stopm), /pause 2, /sit, /tendd, /pause 10 (repeat these two 'til your Action is full again...make the pauses longer if you run out of Mind before you heal up and add an extra tend and pause on the end for bad ones), /st, /pause 10, /startm <song>, /join, /ui action toolbarSlot##

If you don't have Novice Medic and can't get it due to point constraints, just stand, sit, pause for the length of time it takes to regenerate your Action, stand back up and play again.

And if you can't be bothered to put your alts into your sig, don't be surprised when some people can't be bothered to know that you have them, and treat you accordingly.

To everyone who feels the need to post their anti-AFK macrodiatribes...you're teaching a pig to sing. If you don't like it, and don't have something constructive to offer as an alternative, bugger off. It's not going to go away, especially with the half-arsed method for opening a Force Sensitive Character Slot with which we've been gifted. You can't change that, but you can quit wasting your time and annoying the rest of us. Quit trolling, 'cause that's all anti-AFK macroposts are at this point.

The thing is that everybody burns action at different rates... so there is no one macro that will solve everybody's problem.

To get maximum xp, you need to do 2 flourishes every 10 seconds. I have one macro that does 2 flourishes every 8 seconds (to account for lag). This macro is for when I'm buffed or being healed. Here is essentially my other macro.

• /startmusic starwars3; /// put your highest song here


• /join; /// In case you get dropped from the group


• /afk; /afk; /// I turn afk off which works, but haven't taken this out yet.


• /flourish 01;


• /flourish 02; /// flourishes stack, so no pause necesarry


• /pause 30; /// a 30 second pause will give you about 90% of maximum xp


• /flourish 03;


• /flourish 04;


• /pause 30; /// do as manyof these as your action pool will allow....


• /stopmusic;


• /pause 10;


• /sit;


• /pause 60; /// dump your action pool, and time how long it takes to heal, add 5 seconds.


• /stand;


• /pause 10;


• /ui action toolbarSlot00 /// repeat forever

Also go to Coronet or Theed. In Theed I got as much healing xp in 2 hours as I did in 3 days in Dearic. Serious design flaw, though I'm back at the Dearic cantina now. (Just needed enough to train Novice, and not going for Master)
