Yep, its on Scylla as well, very annoying.

Happening on Corbantis... nothing to do with specific buildings or stairs... Tried it out in the open, inside a Base, inside a house... it seems teh listeners can only listen like 20% of the time... most get the "too far away" bug...

with /covercharge on andoff same result
