Being a master musician and a doc, i like having diagnose because it shows me everything i can heal, and tells me what i need to prioritize. I know most others don't have that kind of option, but it's worked very well for me.

It promotes interaction if you can't just see BF without asking.

I think the medics already have the ability to determine BF. Its called 'try healing them and see what happens'. Nifty thought eh?
