Welcome to the club. Save your fingers from typing, no one cares. We don't matter. We're second-class citizens. Get used to it and enjoy the other parts of Musician, or drop Musician and leave the frustration behind, because the developers don't give a rat's ass.

And anyone who pays a dancer more than a musician is an idiot. Unless you're PvPing and have to have the extra mind pool to cope with poisons, diseases and Head Shot 3, the extra regen/reduced cost of a musician buff far outweighs the benefit of a larger base pool.

Wow On Bria I spend most of my time finding musicians, Tkm with 1100 mind w/ boost is 1650 w/ 2 brandys 2450 is what i normally run, add a 3rd brandy and muon w/ dancer it is. 4450 is common. Idn't really need a 4450 mind but i love me regens in 4k's w/975 base buffed is 1950 focus/willpower, 2 brandys 2750 2 canapes 4k secondaries/ w muon 4500 secondaries. my entire friends list is music/dancers...and yes all the known buffbots...I actually e mail buf bots to thank them tip entertainers and socialize w/ real dancers. Just wanted to say i created a alt/ doc/musician so i can buff myself because i cannot find a buff most of the time on Bria all entertainers are now afk..as a expirement i put my toon in cantina for 3 hours never found a group never got a single point of xp.....Marussie Doc/Tkm...going rifle.../tkm

I made my musician on day 2 of game launch. (everyone knows day 1 was impossible to log into) after the second batch of servers started up, I left my musician by the wayside and joined all my friends on Sunrunner for a while. Recently I had returned my attention to my musician and made him master. Though I did some afking (late at night when sleep finally overcame me), I sat at the screen watching for the most part.

Since that time I've found that folks very greatly appreciate the musician buffs I offer, especially with me having an additional +5 from skill tapes. At first I set a price at 2000, but folks were giving me anywhere from 5k-20k. Now I just tell them that they can pay whatever they feel is fair. Some days are slow, but some days I can make over 100k creds in just a few hours time.Remember to thank your clients for every tip, no matter how large or small.

I also have an emote macro to test for afk players (/emote picks your pocket for (77) credits and (2) items.)which at first generates alot of hostility that turns into alot of laughs. But aside from the buffs, I find playing music a great change of pace and try to put on an enjoyable show for my fans.

BTW, when I started Musician at launch, it took me three or four weeks to Master it. I didn't even have a macro on my toolbar. Hehe. I remember when "Plava Laguna" entered a public cantina and started AFK-macroing with periodic spam, we all thought it was the strangest thing.
