Got both Master Musician and Master Entertainer. Will be dropping everything after the restart.
The grind was terrible, however I met some really nice people and as a surprise for myself, I was afk only about 50% of the time ;-)

Anyway, I would like to thank the wonderful musicians in the cantinas of Bestine and Coronet, special thanks goes to Diabo who helped me a lot during this.

However, I still don't understand how you guys can enjoy this

I will have mastered Musician in 5 days (today). It's a lot easier than Armorsmith by far!!! All the above information is great information. Grinding out instruments and getting 2 flo's per tick is the ticket!!

I'm in the same boat as far as need to master musician on my way to Jedi, however I don't feel right not being at least awake while I am playing so I have been watching the slowly rising musician xp. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong, I play the best instrument while I play and get into large groups in packed cantinas, is there something else that can boost my musician xp rate?

Darth, i congratulate you on not being one of those lame afkers. The best way is to get in a big group in a busy cantina, play your best instrument, and flourish twice every ten seconds(or after each music xp message).

I copied this macro down but when I use it, it doesn't seem to want to loop? It is supposed to though, right? I have to do this grind AFK for the majority. I've been forced into it by a Holo and I just can't handle how mind numbingly boring it is.
