OK, I've tallied the votes in this thread -- a process that taxes my knowledge of public-choice theory, hehe. My methodology is to weight each vote in accordance to how high it is on your priority list. This produces two sets of numbers: how often a particular issue is raised; and how high highly-ranked the issue was, on average. It's complicated by the fact that some issues overlap one another. (This is the chief methodological problem: do I report "improved buff interface" and "stronger buff power" as two separate issues, or one? How about "new songs" and "more content" and "better missions that pay better"?) It's further complicated by the rather broad window of time I used, which led to a few changed votes. I should've entitled the thread "Top issues for Q3 2004, Aug thru October," some such, since TH wants these once a quarter. Also, one other note: I've never voted in these polls. I just report what you vote for.

One other thing: TH is now asking for a detailed top-five from me, followed by a cursory list of remaining issues. So we can actually give him more than five issues, which is nice.

Anyway, I'm posting my tentative tally in a separate thread so that no one misses it. Please post your comments on my draft there rather than here so that we have it all in one place. I'll incorporate your comments before submitting the list to TH.
