Thread: New Force Sensitive Skill Trees Have Nothing For Entertainers

Force Sensitivity
Players will have to complete a series of quests in order to enable their Force Sensitive Skills. These quests are for anyone who has not yet completed the existing Jedi path, regardless of how many professions they have mastered. These quests represent Jedi Revamp Part 2: The Jedi Trials which will be live in Publish 10. We will discuss the details in future Jedi Archives as we get closer to that publish. I know there are many of you eager to know how the switch to the new Force sensitivity path will affect you so I felt we needed to touch on the key points. Credit will be given to players for the professions they have mastered and that credit is the ability to rapidly advance through the Force sensitivity path. These are skill boxes that enable small gains towards skills a player will be familiar with. These skill boxes will be "Force enhancements" that will augment their existing professional skills to simulate a fictional "Force sensitivity". For example, a player can purchase a box of Crafting Sensitivity and gain a small bonus to crafting. This simulates their character being more in tune with the Force so they may have slightly better reflexes, insights, etc. All these skills are passive and do not generate "Jedi visibility".
we still aren't getting anything but I guesssssssss instrument crafting will get a bonus under the crafting sensitivity
ha. ha.

Its really sad that there isnt an entertainer branch, especially when one branch is for "luck" and another is "vehicle control." ![]()

NJ did you ask him if there could be something for us?
maybe an increased BUFF DURATION!!!!
Yes, I've posted a thread in the Correspondent forum asking what (if any) Force Sensitive powers we entertainers might get, and I mentioned buff duration and power as examples. I also mentioned Mind tricks, teleportation, and other stuff, but I would think buff duration would be the prime candidate. I'll let you know if I get a reply that I can pass on.
If we don't get an answer, this actually might be a candidate for our next Question.
One word.
Ridiculous.
Why are we left out of everything. Granted, it'd be a total blast and so much fun to get throughly destroyed in the Corellian Corvette or Death Watch Bunker, since we're such a critical part of that new content.
I hope they do something about this.

Hmmmm now you mention the Acrobat skills, it reminds of a patch message that went out a few months ago that included 'Juggling' skills for the ent classes. This was removed quite quickly when people spotted it and was quoted as a mistake. There have since been several posts on the forums about a new Juggling class.
Should be interesting.
NewJedi wrote: Well, now I'm reading rumors that there will be "Acrobat" skills for entertainers, but they're just rumors. I don't see any such skills when I fuss with my Jedi on TC2.
Seems more like an entire new entertainer profession. It's being discussed in the entertainer forum at this thread:
Sounds like an attempt at creating some sort of combat entertainer, which to me seems rather uninteresting enough. (I'd rather see the DEVs work on adding content and fixing problems to the existing entertainer professions first).
