I don't think we have a Dev. I really don't - nor have I ever seen a Dev post regarding anything our profession. And, when we get a response in 19 questions, it's ridiculously misunderstood, to the point of being insulting.

Therefore, I am hereby declaring myself Dev of Musicians. Send all hate mail to me. Fear my indifference to your need of a buffing interface! Tremble at my failure to understand your profession's needs! Quiver and quake at the stone cold indifference to your desire for content!

All shall hail me, Warryyr, Musician Dev pro tempore.

Mind you, I have absolutely no experience or knowledge in developing the Musician profession, but that shouldn't be too much of a change in things, now will it. I mean, what else is getting done around here lately. I can ignore your requests for stuff just as well as anyone! Only difference is, I'll actually BE on the forums!

Icall onany so-called "real" Musician Dev to challenge my authority! Bring it on! I defy you, Musician Dev, to show yourself and take back your throne! You are inexcusably AWOL, and have been for far too long! Your authority is hereby revoked! Mwa-hahaha.

(more maniacal laughter)

Hail to the King, baby!

Would you mind again failing to explain to us why we can't buff ourselves and why we cannot even get a buff interface, Oh Mightiest of Devs?

Thank you, Enlightened One!

Because most people wait until Master Musician to buff, and you no longer need Musician xp once you're a Master, and you receive little, if any, xp from buffing, you absolutely cannot buff yourselves. The xp gained from it would imbalance the entire Galaxy. Musicians would rule the Galaxy with an iron fist, err Slitherhorn! People might find Musician useful to themselves, and we simply can't allow that. It would instantly perma-death the Combat Medics throwing 600 tick Mind Poisons, and the Bounty Hunters spamming Eye Shot.

Buff recipients can see their buff in the buff window. The buff is indicated in their stat sheet. We can maybe program a way to tell Musician buff duration, but that'll take us a few years or so. This, of course, is for people who are too lazy or bone-headed to hover their cursor over their Musician buff icon in the buff window to see duration. Basically, we'll get right to work on a featurethat's already in game, that you didn't ask about, and implement it sometime after the Jedi revamp and JTL. Because, after all, I mean really - they're more important than you guys.

Oh mighty Music Dev - Hear my question and bless me with your benevolence.

Why is that Musicians get no Force Sensitive Skill bonuses when it is extremely obvious that it should be a bonus to the music buff strength?

The entertainer is an exciting new type of profession in MMO gaming. It is a social based profession where players interact with other players. Thanks for the question.

Dearest DarkY0da,

Because we hate entertainers, and want to keep them as frustrated as possible as long as possible.

Because Jedi are the most important thing in the world, they are after all the profession in the minority on every server.

Because potential customers from Jump to Lightspeed have and should have priority over current, reliable, paying customers.

Because we simply can't do anything in the slightest to help the current IT unemployment problem in America, by hiring some more programmers to work on something besides Jedi and Jump to Lightspeed.

The entertainer is an exciting new type of profession in MMO gaming. It is a social based profession where players interact with other players. Thanks for the question.

I have a question, an important question - one that will tax your new deviness to its very limits:

Given that the nerf is infinite ...

And given that bugs are infinite ...

... would you like a toasted tea-cake?
