Yeah Master Doc and Musician is the only way to go.

Self buffing your substats is a bonus plus you can sell the Doctor buffs really easy to people looking for mind buffs. Sold a full set for 20K yesterday.

Too bad you can't self buff with your musician skills though...

Hehe, I'm a Master Musician, Master Entertainer, and ... near-Master Carbineer. Because..., I dunno, because I wanted some combat skills.

Hehe, that's the reason I made my alt a Master Doc/Musician, so I could self buff

Got a full combat template for main, and a doc/musician to back me up

I'm now a Master Musician, Master Artisan, Master Architect on my alt. Makes him VERY valuable to my PA and helps my MCH, soon to be MasterCombat Medicprimary.

Right now I'm a Master Entertainer, Musician and Brawler...with Novice Medic and Scout tacked on. So I can go fight if I want to, and do so pretty well, throw up a camp and mind heal and buff (but not fatigue...which still chaps my tush), and use Stim and Woundpack B's I buy.

I think it's fairly well-rounded.

Which combination is best really depends on what you want to do. I'm a master musician, master artisan, and working on chef. Because a lot of my focus is on my cantina. If I could afford the skill to get merchant I would. I hate that I can only have one pathetic droid vendor.

Teras Kasi Artist.

Because being a Kung Fu musician is cool. You know it. I know it. The world knows it.

Oh, and being a kung fu musician with lekku is even cooler.

carbineer sounds like a good supporting profession. Carbine specials require alot of action, as do entertainer professions. Therefore, you can migrate you're stats to cover you're action, and be in good shape for both professions.
