Unless there is a buffbot (or 4) that everyone is trained to watch/listen to. In which case, you'll get nothing.

Which is exactly what happened to me one night while I was leveling. I've not been back to Dant as a musician since. A group brought the bot in and set it up after me and a dancer were already set up.

Try this: just have somebody use /tenddamage on you, while listening to you. It works better if they're buffed, of course ... the /tend commands are expensive. The key here is the command does mind wounds and BF. I don't know if it makes a difference how MUCH is healed, but this can go on forever...

The amount of BF the medic has when using /tenddamage matters a lot too.
Someone was trying this on me, and they'd get 5 wounds for their /tenddamage, which would heal on the first musical tick. But once they hit a decent amount of BF (I was playing in a camp), the wounds they got were significantly higher. So if you happen to be able to heal their BF quickly enough that it doesn't increase, things will go slowly unless they work up the BF some other way.

All right then, have them do it while taking a break from 3 hours of killing Rancors on Dath ... they should have a few hundred BF by then.

What ever happened to the days where folks would put all their stuff in the bank, hang out in the cantina, and kill each other over and over? I used to get great healing xp from that, and folks would have great duels inside (unarmed) and outside (nobody wants to perform with blaster bolts and blades flying around all over).

or get them to use /quickheal (you need 4000 medic though) but you can use it as quick as you can click almost and it gives you 1000 2ndary wounds in no time

Do not forget sampling radioactive. Granted it also give loads of health/action wounds but then there are something for the medics in training as well. And a TKM could heal all the wounds the self, there by creating HUGE amounts of BF...

I know, I know healing exp is hard to come by. And, I know I've been a master forever. Although, I did level up a master on Tarquinas when healing exp was hard to come by. But, I just never liked using the "shortcuts." I mean, if I'm in the group and people start mind diseasing, I'm not so rigid as to drop the group. But, I don't seek it out, and I never get myself mind diseased, it just doesn't make any sense why Drygo would willfully get himself diseased. No disrespect to those who do, I just won't.

My suggestion to people who need healing experience has always been this. Go to whatever planet is a hot spot for battle fatigue right now. I think most places it's Dantooine. Go to the MO and dance or play music or whatever you do. I've always found that you get nearly twiceas much healing exp in those places than you do in Theed or Coronet. You might not get as much dance or music exp because you won't be in a big group. But, you could probably get in a smaller group, all the healing will be yours. And, since most people cap out music or dance these days long before healing, then it doesn't matter that you're getting small amounts of the dance or healing. But, trust me, you can get a lot of healing on Dantooine without having to resort to "artificial" methods.
