How do you color a sign?

evrytime i try to color the sign it keeps telling me that I have insufficient ability to color lights.

What skill do i need to do it and how do i do it?

I have management 2, hiring 1, and advertising 2

As far as I know, it doe snot work anymore, I tried..
Our entire town lost their pretty colors
Why this was taken out I do not know..

Anyway, all we did was use hexcodes in the sign name:

\#FFFF00\Some yellow, \#FF0000\red, \#0000FF\blue and \#00FF00\green!

This would show up as:

Some yellow, red, blue and green!

If anyone know if it's still possible in some (new) way, let me know!

Oh, and youdon't need any Merchant skills to do this, heck, you can/could even do it on crafted items at the point where you have to give the item its name.
