SPI is accepting vendors into our settlement. We will be using our lots to set up small houses and arrange to have vendors added on behalf of merchants from all walks of life. This is a truly neutral marketplace, no combat allowed, (rules enforced, see signature), so you can hit customers of all kinds.

SPI is a PA that facilitates the interactions between factioned players/guilds and bounty hunters, smugglers, and spies. We encourage the growth of our marketplace by providing incentives for vendors to set up their secondary or tertiary location at our settlement. Incentives can be discussed privately.

Message me here or by ingame email for more details.

How exactly would you enforce this ficticious "No combat" rule...?

This is my lame sig - apparently html is too complex for this site.

Well I certainly don't think fictitious is the right word. However I will explain, it depends to two things.

First of all, violators will become the target of one of our SPI missions, assuming the violator isa guilty party and not just defending. So it will in that sense be enforced by punishment. We also have a couple of enforcers that may be on site at any time ready to enforce. We can enforce against either faction. We have also formed relationships with some factioned PAs for our defense. I don't think it will be necessary though (see second of all).

Second of all, it's based on the idea that other players are usually decent people and will want to follow the rules of the neutral marketplace in order to benefit from the advantages of the neutral marketplace.
