What was the decision for the vendor maintenance fee change that is supposed to be coming soon?

The posts are so long and messy, I can't find out if a decision was announced.

There wasn't a definitive decision on actual prices, only a simple statement along the lines of 200cr/fee + saletax kind of thing. It wasn't said if the 200cr was per hour, per day, or if it even IS going to be 200 for sure. I am sure it will be announced (hopefully) before they put it in, and we will all know for sure.

200 every 45 minutes is huge. Heck even at 100 I would prolly close my shop.
