Argh!

I just got hiring 4, and it's a new patch! Time to check vendor customization!

I try dressing my existing vendors, and only the Wookiee wears what I give him. Thought that might happen. So I painfully remove all the clothes from my female Bothan clothing vendor, Donatella, and sadly fire her. The guilt! She did her job, yes she was slightly insane, and had a habit of yelling "Stop looking at me!" to the customers, but she didn't deserve to be fired...

So I head to the house terminal and try to hire another vendor. I choose a race I haven't seen yet, and am surprised I get no gender choice. Hmm, maybe that race is asexual? He appears as a guy, hmm.I destroy the vendor in my inventory and try again, another guy. Hmm why can't I hire women?

I relog. This time I get a vendor choice, but I'm told my inventory is full and I can't hire anymore. Hmm, no it isn't! I clear some space and try again. I'm able to hire a vendor, but the gender choice is gone - another male! Does Sony have something against women??? Try again and again, all male!

I've relogged yet again and had the exact same problem. I did manage to hire one female bith, but she sure as hell looked like a guy when I placed her.

If I was a female vendor, I'd sue I tell you!

Anyway, anyone else see this bug and is there a workaround???

So I relogged a few more times, cleared my inventory, and hired a female bothan! Well I hired 3 female bothans and fired the first two because they looked a little too butch. The third was pretty good.

So I give her a dress to wear.. not so nice. Decide to replace it with some shorts and a shirt. Drop the shorts on her, and well of course her dress went away. To my surprise she was not wearing a bra! I got to see bothan boobs!!!

They really aren't all that much. I covered them up pretty quickly. Though I am kind of tempted to put a smock on a guy now and then give him a shirt...

I created about a dozen female humans. Skin color and build were pretty random, but not a single one had hair! I don't know what is worse, the standard fat black woman, or a huge variance of women with no hair.

Anyone else have this problem?

Hmm I only created one human, and it was a guy, and he had no hair. I thought it looked pretty cool, but I'm wondering.. are all human vendors hairless now?

Before the patch, only the Hiring1 vendors had female options. All the Hiring 2 & 3 vendors were male only. I don't know if that's because their race's women look just like men, or the dev boys have yet to add the models. Either way, it caused me to use droids and kiosks only. For me its gonna be a babe or a machine. NO men selling my goods thank you.

After the patch I noticed this: I placed a fem-MonCal vendor. She was definately not the same fem-MonCal from pre-patch. 1st-off, she wore pants and a long sleeve shirt. Then I noticed she was the most flat-chested fem-MonCal I've ever seen. In fact, I think she was a Man! To test this I created (against my better nature) a male MonCal vendor. It was not the same as the fem I had just created, and assuming there was only one default model per race per gender, I must conclude that the default fem-MonCal vendor is just a preadolescent female.

This Will Not Do. Once I get Hiring IV (by Tomorrow, I hope) I want all fem vendors in some master-made sexy clothing. That means they gotta look like Britney, not Bob.

I think they made the NPC Women less sexy because they knew we'd all be dressing them in revealing outfits. My old Twi'Lik NPC is an Egyptian Goddess compared to the new Femal Twi'Lik the thing spat out. She looks like a plain jane.. it's so sad.
