I've spoken with several guilds on Talus and around the galaxy about his devious ways. He deserves to be banned from the game, but since the CSRs can't help, lets all pull together and ban his character from every trade merchant we can!!!
We all work hard at making great items for our customers... lets not tolerate someone stealing from them, or you!

Complaining about someone buying an item from your vender that you didn't want him or her to buy is just bad form. As I said I won't fault him for buying the item, but I will for what he did after that fact.
Let me asking these.
What is the point of venders?
I see it as sell items at the price you set. Which is what he did.
Is it breaking any rules to buy a from a "special order vender"?
As I see it, answer is NO. It is impolite, but it breaks no rules.
Is it an Exploit to attempt to take advantage of the rules that grant you the ability to do something your not normally suppose to be able to do?
I think so. As I see it vender allow you to put items out for sale for ANYONE to come along and buy. You have no control over who buy it, other then who is allowed to enter the location of your house. To complain or call some a thief for coming to your vender, pay the price you set for the item, is in bad form and Libel in the latter.
Kilon – Well thank you for your kind words and your attitude in the post. Might I point you to the rules of conduct and suggest that your read them over before you post again.
I have every right to post on this forum the same as you.
Hate to have to split hair here, but lets call a dog a dog.
This person did wrong was fraud not theft. He claimed to be selling items he wasn’t buy offering up items to a vender in a pack and telling the vender owner that it was something else.
Hey bought items from a "special order vender" that wasn’t meant for him, which may be impolite, but not breaking any rules.
Unless I missed a post about it on this forum (if I did please direct me to thread), Venders are used to sell items to people for the price we wish for them. Plane and simple, that’s what they are there for. If we put items in pack and put them up for curtain people to buy, but if someone else picks them up, who to blame? I fell the blame lies with the seller in this case. The fact they put an item up for sale and someone else paid the price they set for the item, have nothing complain about.
There isn't any rule about him buying things on a vendor named with someone else's name. Really..don'tdo his. If you need a special order vendor put it in a house with a very high entry fee and put the names of the people you have special orders for on the entry list so they dont' have to pay it.
Buying bags of items is dangerous anyway because you can't see what is in the bags before you purchase them. I wouldn't personally buy anything in a bag from someone I didn't know very well.
I am not condoning this persons actions however you need to take steps to protect yourself.
