How do I let other people use my venders to sell items? I am woking towards master merchant and I have a friend that is doing armor smith. Can I just create a vender and do a secure trade to give him the vender?

Nope. He can't have it. You can put it in his structure, but you control the vendor. He can give you the goods to put on it, or he can offer it to you on the vendor for a price which you can reject or accept. But you can't give him the vendor to run without you.
