Im curious ive seen alot of people giving merchants admin to their structures so they can pay 1 cred maintenance on them and activate the -20% bonus to maintenance. So im curious is this considered an exploit ?.

yes in ways and no in ways i guess. There taking advantage of the merchant bonus so ya probly but its not like there exploiting a bug or something...
