Merchant Archive

Ok, so I had to remake my character, and am going Merchant again for my PA. My problem is, I am going up the management line, and I will get experiance for a day or until whenever the server resets. After the reset, my vendors become unitialized, even though it says they are, and I quit recieving experiance. It has been probably 4 months or so since I have even done the XP grind for Merchant, and I am wondering, has something changed that I haven't noticed. Do you have to keep items on the vendor or something?? All vendors are initialized and have like 2 weeks maintanence on them, but I have to delete and re-create the vendors every morning if I want to continue to get experiance.
