Thread: To many emails?
Anyone get so many emails that when you try and open them, it freezes your computer?
I was away and my unsuccesful auction and successful auction emails have kinda piled up. I can no longer open anything without my computer freezing up. Just wondering if its the game or me.

I have not had this particular problem, but I do understand, it seems we get ALOT of e-mails for the vendors... perhaps they should add an option for us to have e-mails compiled and turned into one e-mail total which summarizes all the sales from the past 24 (whatever time span you like) hours.
That would also help me alot with my total budgeting and pricing systems, since I would no longer have to add together the e-mails, or take into account my previous balance vs. my new balance to determine how much I have earned/what sells the best.
Well I won't say I have it figured out. But I did manage to get the emails erased, although it took awhile. I couldn't select multiple emails for delete, I had to wait for each one to download completelybefore clicking delete, and most importantly I couldn't resort them (so for example so that I would have all the 'auction unsuccesful' emails at the top). And eventually I got it cleared up. I guess I just have to go through and delete them on a regular basis.

And ya, it would be awesome if we could get multiple instances summarized. The sheer amount of 'auction unsuccessfuls' and 'auction complete' emails is very time consuming when dealt with one on one.
At its peak I let my inbox collect around 800-1k emails. My machine lagged so bad when my email window was open, I could barely do anything.
