Yes, do a search- thats first thing you should do when searching for an answer. I do not know it off hand or id type it out.
2 things to remember
1) you cant do it yourself. You cant get xp for checking your own vendor. Use an alt or have friends do it.
2) You can only open up vendor every 15 min. i think it is to get xp.

Do they actually work? Cuz i tried one awhile ago (sorry cant remember what it was tho) and I didnt notice any increase from my normal xp amount.

You cannot affect your own xp like this. You must have someone else run the macro or you must run it from another account yourself.

Sorry should have explained better.
I was using the 14 day trial thing to do it and the macro pretty much opened the vendor and looked thru the items once and then just repeated it self over and over. It was doing that every 15 seconds, was that the problem? can the timer only be 15 mins?

here's a macro for it...
/ui action vendorUse
/pause (whatever you think it takes for you to load it, depends on lag or the speed of you puter);
/ui action defaultButton;
/macro name; (loops)
