Thread: Vendor no longer e-mails me

I recently had my name changed. Fair enough, fair cop. That doesn't bother me. My problem is that my vendor no longer e-mails me. A csr suggested that I pick up my vendor and replace it. It didn't help at all.
This is extremely inconveniant is making a major hit on my gameplay experience. How am I supposed to run a shop when I don't know when things are bought from it? I have to spent ages every time i log in just looking through a rapidly an expanding list of items for sale just to make sure that something hasn't gone offsale.
My structures have all automatically linked themselves to meso why does the vendor not e-mail me?
Is this an issue that plans to be resolved?

picking the vendor up and replacing it should have worked.. if it didn't put in a csr ticket telling them that

Keep Bugging them about it. CraftDragon had the same issue and it took some pretty high powered CSR attention to get him fixed. Drop him a PM if you like and see if he has some advice on who he talked to and such.
