Your already managing your maximun numbers of vendors, thats the message i get.

Earlyer i had a vendor, then i stopped to play for a while, and meantime my house said kaboom, and in it was my vendors, now that i am back again i want to reopen my market, but i still cant make any new ones, it want me to fire the other i have, but how do i do that when i cant see them, and cant acces the house anymore becaus its not existing anymore ?

The count of your vendors gets out of sync if a vendor is destroyed by a house being destoryed. Put in a CSR ticket and they will fix your character's vendor counts.
