As it stands, the Dev team is going to hit two of the major fields of this game.
First being the Merchants, who are being hit with a vender nerf, and will also feel the macro nerf once implimented.
Second being Entertainers... How many will be sitting around watching their toon dance or play music for hours on end? This is going to make for some issues as well.
So, this being said, what do you think? Will SOE listen (like I have to ask).

I'm not panicing just yet. If I can train my customers to shop differently, I should be ok.
Macros.. never used them, except as a dancer, and that was so my hands were free to talk to my customers. You get more tips if ya do that. But.. if you have to stop to restart the macro all the time, you wont be as inclined to chat.
I don't really see why they are doing this NOW, at a time when they are eliminating grinding. The reason people used looping macros, for the most part was to afk macro through professions to get Jedi. Since that isn't going to work anymore, who CARES if they loop a macro? I mean if they want to spend 15 bucks a month for a game they don't REALLY wanna play, let them.
These two changes are just examples of how SOE over-reacts to one problem, and over-reacts, over-corrects without bothing to see how it will effect everyone.
For example... yes people use vendors after they dropped merchant, and use vendors to store. Empty vendors from people grinding merchant and even lying about what was on the vendors to trick people into clicking on them was an issue. But, nerfing the amount of legit items on a vendor isn't the answer. Make empty vendors dissappear from the map. Make vendors dissappear when you drop merchant. Make it so PACKS on vendors have size limits, like if it's a pack with 100 items, it's "too bulky" and needs to be broken down.
Macro loops? Who cares? Like I said if they wanna pay 15 bucks to play afk, more power to them. I'll just bring aggro to them and kill their targets.
Specials? They are going to put a cap on specials so pvp seems more balanced. That's gunna SCREW the hunter that depends on their specials to kill big game. Wouldn't be so bad if regular game gave more than 6 units of resources...
Everything they do to "fix" a problem ends up screwing ALL the legit players. Remember the Corvette? Yay a new theme park, with loopholes to prevent camping. Result? An hour to find a damned ticket, and crap with 200k ham you can't kill. Not fun, I don't know anyone that does it anymore.
SOE needs to think through what they do, and consider ALL outcomes before impulsively putting a scratch in a body cast and traction.
