I can only paraphrase this, as I read it a very long time ago:
Fear me.
I am a dissatisfied customer.
I do not cry, scream, or stomp.
I do not demand to see the manager.
I do not threaten or cajole.
I leave.
And I never come back.
Fear me.
I am a dissatisfied customer.
I do not cry, scream, or stomp.
I do not demand to see the manager.
I do not threaten or cajole.
I leave.
And I never come back.

Oh yeah... that's the truth.
ATTENTION DEVELOPERS: We're tired of you ruining the game that we love!
It's time to take a stand and show the development staff that their priorities are out of order.
My proposal for acceptable item limits is here.

Here is my advice to the developers, offered in a friendly way I think it should be taped up on big signs all over the SWG office:
Don't break the game more
without fixing it more
Don't break the game more
without fixing it more

Be afraid, be very afraid!
On a serious note, this really is correct. One of the things I always tell people wanting to start a shop, is to do things (e.g., KEEP YOUR VENDOR STOCKED) that will keep the customer coming back. It's the number one priority. If a customer finds your vendor empty, you have most likely lost that customer forever, and he/she will not refer new customers to you. But when a customer finds what he/she wants and has reason to keep coming back, your name gets passed around; and that customer, like a tiny seed, eventually grows into a mighty tree... Pretty profound, huh.

This reminds me of the Haden Blackman quote
I wonder if this is the "silent majority" of which he speaks.
IGNPC: We often hear the loudest cries from a relative minority. Still, it seems odd that all the comments sent our way have been negative.
Haden Blackman Yeah, all the guys who are happy with everything are playing the game. They aren't spending their time sending you guys letters or posting on the forums.
