I'm curious, how are they going to handle the transition to publish 10. What do I mean? Well, suppose I have 1100 items on my vendor and I wake up the day publish 10 has been released. What happens to all the items above the limit? How are they going to handle this?

Vendor item limits will now be based on player skill. (Players over either limit will not be able to add new items for sale on vendors).

So your items will stay there until the auction expires. Then as the auction expires they will hit your stockroom and not be able to be put up for resale. You have 7 days to get them out of the stockroom before they go poof.
