Don't remove the bazaar entirely. Have it linked to the merchant vendor system. People could go to the Bazaar and find what is available ON THAT PLANET. Clicking on the link would create a waypoint to the Merchant's vendor. This way people could just port into a planet's star port, check the closest vendor terminal to see if what they are looking for is available on the planet.
If it is, they get a waypoint.
If it isn't they jump back on a ship and continue their search.
It would save the shopper some time, and effectively make the merchants life a bit easier as people could find their goods better.

good point....with the edition of the auction chan there really is no point to it
if some1 needs something, they spam in auction chan, if ur selling, answer their call
the bazaar is just an opportunity to sell while not in game, same as a vendor is
if some1 really needs/wants to sell something they will get business 3 and get a vendor, plain and simple

I hear ya, but SOE says they need space.Delete the bazaar and they will get it.

SOE says they need space eh? I NEED SPACE! Where am I gonna put all this crap? I've dropped 8 factories for storage till I can get it all sold. I'm leaving after pub10. I WILL NOT pay the same $15 per month premium for LESS service!
