At Master Merchant, do you get more of a % taken off of maintenancefrom harvestorsas opposed to the -20% modifier that I have now at 4424 Merchant? Thank you!

No.

You get a 40% discount for vendors at master, but the 20% at efficiency 4 is the highest you get for structures.

Yeah unfortunately

I'd rather have -40% on structures and -20% on vendors... heck i'd take +20% on vendors if i get -40 on structures for that

Hell I'd kill for a 20% less power usage in Installations right about now
