It just freezes. "Not Responding" and has to be forced to quit. Does it every time.

I've had that happen when I import enormous amounts of mail, but otherwise it seems to work fine.

You might try backing up most of your mail folder somewhere and letting it try to read just a few pieces and see if that helps.

I have been having problems with The Merchants Friend lately. When I try and load my characters information the program freezes. I have deleted it and reinstalled and it does the same thing.

Any ideas?

Does it just freeze or does it generate an error message?

I always get errors when I sell an item with multiple lines in the name.

The "Sofa Chair" is the biggest offender.

I break my vendor mail up into monthly folders. While I still deal with long load times, for the most part breaking it up into chunks seems to allow Merchant's Friend to deal with it easier.
