My merchant skill is such that I am allowed +3000 items and +10 vendors. The item count at the bottom of the page indicates that I have 1165 items total in all my vendors. Friday, while trying to clean out my stock rooms, I kept getting the message that This Vendor has reached its maximum capacity. All my vendors state this. What has happened to cause this to suddenly happen?

This is because the vendor window counts packs as one item and doesn't count the items inside of them.

The status window counts the items properly (items in packs count but the pack does not unless it's empty).

Yet another problem with the merchant profession - the low item limit. They really need to fix this.

Thanks after checking th status I found that I had 3002 items. Not enough space, oh well. Thaks again to all.

i just encountered a similar problem with my vendors, vendor item count on 3 of my vendors is under 1000 yet i still can not sell any more items on any of them, not the item count on the bottom of the page either. i should be able to have well over 2000 on them.
