When the Vendor Search was on TC - the prices were not listed.
Now that it is live - the prices are listed.
Star Wars now becomes - Price Wars!

They changed it to list prices and remove remote buying on TC a few days ago.

I liked it better without the prices being listed.
But oh well - life goes on.
Maybe some of the new crafters will break into the business easier.
Just wondering if my vendor tents are now useless - just move all my vendors to one spot and save on lots.
BTW - I run 3 tents and a House throughout the galaxy.

The devs aren't doing a good job listening to the players that are selling crafted wares. I've seen discussion, after discussion, after discussion, and you'd think they'd have the good sense to listen. After all, is there a single dev that actually has a player that crafts something and tries to sell that something? Hmmm...oh well, I might be better off at this point selling all my resources and looking for ridiculously rare loot to sell for inordinate sums of credits

I would have preferred them allowing remote purchase, but making delivery to be them going to pick it up at my shop.

There were too many griefing concerns to allow for remote purchase.

So instead of Merchant on customer griefing, we have Merchant on Merchant price wars. Neither is good, but they let one go in. Though I use the terms "Merchant" loosely there, as many, many of the vendors listed will not belong to anyone who's a Merchant.
(Please, no one say it's good for the economy. So is WalMart, but it still destroys small towns--is the cost worth the boon? Many of the people using this argument are the ones calling us greedy Merchants without stopping to realize that wanting HQ avian meat for 10 cpu or crafted items for cost +10% is just as greedy. But guess what, they just might win in this one.)
